With over 20 years of nursing experience, Tiruwork provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management across the lifespan. Her unique approach bridges traditional medicine with nutritional psychiatry, ensuring the most effective, culturally sensitive, and individualized strategy for every patient.

Integrated Psychiatry Services is a patient-centered practice led by Tiruwork Hiruy, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. We are dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, and empathetic mental health care to the Dallas-Fort Worth community and beyond, serving patients across all stages of life.

We conduct standardized, evidence-based assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
No Walk-Ins / Not a Crisis Center: We do not offer walk-in evaluations or crisis services. For emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest ER.
Medication Refills: Timely refill requests are the patient’s responsibility. Please notify our clinic at least 72 hours prior to running out. We are not a 24-hour facility.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. No-shows incur a $100 fee for intake appointments and a $50 fee for follow-ups.
